What to expect.

  • Safe and nurturing space fully clothed or undressed to your comfort level.
  • The gentle relaxation grief massage can focus on these areas and can also be tailored to your needs.
    • Scalp and face
    • Neck and back
    • Arms and hands
    • Calves and feet
  • A nurturing touch massage may prompt years and expressions of sadness. This is a normal response, extra time is given as we make the space to move through it.
  • I add an extra 30 minutes of time for you so the process is not rushed and there is no charge for the extra time for booking a grief massage session.
  • I offer an option for music for your session that is called Soaking Music. Soaking music is instrumental music that helps people connect with Gods presence in themselves.

A Note From Pam - My Story of Grief

The impact of Therapeutic Massage has been life changing. It’s the reason I am a Licensed Massage Therapist today. My passion is to share healing touch and come along side people in their healing journeys.

After the death of my husband in 2007, my health began to suffer. I was creating an environment of self-induced anxiety. I sought out massage in my journey from grief back to wholeness. In the desire to seek out peaceful places, finding connection with massage was important to me.

I would be hurting upon entering the massage session with deep sadness, feeling fearful, lonely and disconnected from my entire being. I began to feel the touch as a peaceful energy and began to renew with deep relaxation, reconnection that would envelope me. The massage would end, I would walk out into the reality of my grief. The space where I was feeling inner peace would close back up again. I would re-schedule and each massage the opening up of my spirit got wider to receive. I was beginning to feel that massage was having an big impact in helping me process my grief and continues to be an integral part in my wellness journey. In my commitment to heal I began to feel the Hope that I was hanging onto was fully realizing itself.

Here I am today, what makes me unique in offering grief massage in my practice is to share what I have been gifted to do through, the gift of giving healing touch massage.
